Atal Pension Yojana (APY) Application Form Download online

PM of India Shri Narendra Modi launched Atal Pension Yojana Scheme for citizens of India to avail benefits of long term savings and benefits plan. The registrations for pension scheme has started through application form submission online. You can also download the application form in PDF document and submit it to your bank representative at your base branch. The details, eligibility and scheme benefits are explained in the next documents. You can also use calculator to know your monthly contribution details and mention that in subscriber form.

How to fill application form online for registration in APY scheme?

You need to accurately fill your bank account details like Account number, Bank name and branch name where you hold your account. The personal details comes next where enter your name as per your Bank records and all your basic details as per form needs.




Spouse name is necessary only if you are a married Indian citizen otherwise leave that option blank. Enter a nominee name if applicable based on your needs otherwise fill those options later as and when required for updating the details.

The third portion comes is the Pension scheme details where select the pension amount you want to receive from the scheme every month. Bank will calculate and write the monthly contribution based on calculations done on their behalf. Write the date and place where you undertake to agree with terms and conditions. You will also require to give thumb impressions provided in the space on application form.




Bank officials will provide you with an acknowledgement slip mentioning your choice of pension amount you will receive and basic details of your profile. You need to keep this slip in safe place till the age of 60 years until you withdraw the pension amount to be received.
